Return Policy

Item that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery. All Prepaid returns (except Tabby) happen via Bank Transfer which can take up to 15 working days.

Payments made via Tabby or Cash on Delivery will be refunded as Store Credit (Website Wallet), which can be used for future purchases.

In case of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.
