International/GCC Orders

We ship across the globe via NAQEL EXPRESS, ARAMEX, SMSA EXPRESS and POSTA PLUS.
For International Orders/GCC, you can easily pay through your Debit/Credit cards or PayPal (available under Wallets). You can also pay through Bank Transfer by reaching out to us. Cash on Delivery not available.
We charge International Shipping based on your location and order.
We offer Free International Shipping over 499 AED.
The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of check out and the customers are informed of the same, before making the payment. The brand bears the destination country VAT and Customs Duty/Charges on your order, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
The brand will be responsible for compliance with export and customs laws of the country where the products are being shipped from. The consignee must ensure compliance with import and customs laws of the country they are having the products shipped to.
The number of products ordered by the customer may exceed the total number permissible by their country for clearance upon arrival. In this regard, the customer must consider these limits placed by their country while ordering products from the brand.
The brand will fulfil all international orders from its end, including payment of the destination country's Customs Duty / Import Duty / VAT. However, the consignee will be responsible for providing any documents or information required for the entry of the products into the country they have chosen to have the products shipped to, and for compliance with all other applicable laws pertaining to the same.
In the event and for any reason whatsoever, an order does not get cleared by customs in the destination country, the brand may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider a refund of the customer’s order amount after deducting the shipping costs, return duty charges and any other charges incurred by the brand while processing the order and having the products shipped to the customer.
No cancellation requests are accepted once the order is placed.
Orders ship the same day. Transit time is 4-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. We ship via NAQEL EXPRESS, ARAMEX, SMSA EXPRESS or POSTA PLUS.
We try to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there may be a slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances. In case of delay (product not dispatched within estimated time period), you can contact us.
Once your order is shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner (NAQEL EXPRESS / ARAMEX / SMSA EXPRESS / POSTA PLUS) on the email and phone number provided while placing the order.

No exchange / return is applicable on international orders. For any size related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order.
International Orders are dispatched as soon as all the products in your order are ready with us. We don't dispatch incomplete orders.

*Destination country import duties, customs charges and VAT are borne by the brand. You will not be asked to pay these to release your order on arrival.
